$1.5 Million for Paper Plant Worker Who Developed Mesothelioma

Our client worked for a paper manufacturer in North Carolina from the 1950s into the 1970s.  During that time, he was exposed to asbestos on paper machines, pulp dryers, steam lines and other equipment.  He was diagnosed with malignant pleural mesothelioma at the age of 83 and died with the year.  Various defendants paid more than $1.5 million to settle the case before trial.
