$1.6 Million for Chemical Plant Worker Who Died at 69

Our client worked at a chemical plant in the 1960s and 1970s.  During that time, he was exposed to asbestos on steam lines, boilers, pumps, compressors and other equipment.  Our client was diagnosed with malignant pleural mesothelioma at the age of 68 and died one year later.  Various defendants paid more than $1.6 million to settle the case before trial.
