$1.7 Million for Power Plant Worker Who Died of Mesothelioma

Our client worked at various power plants in the Southeast in the 1960s and 1970s.  He was a construction supervisor and did not directly work with asbestos, but was heavily exposed from the work he supervised, especially during boiler construction.  Our client was diagnosed with malignant pleural mesothelioma at the age of 75 and died with the year.  Various defendants paid more then $1.7 million to settle the case before trial.
