Over $3.6 Million for Mesothelioma Victim Exposed at Multiple Jobs

Our client served in the United States Navy in the 1950s.  He served aboard a destroyer and was exposed to asbestos on steam lines, boilers, turbines and pumps.  He later worked at a variety of industrial sites in the Midwest, where was exposed to asbestos on boilers and other equipment.  He was diagnosed with malignant pleural mesothelioma at the age of 72 and died at age 73.  Settlements totaling more than $3.6 million were paid by several defendants before trial.
