Sandra's Story

Sandra:  My mother was placed in a nursing home and she had the beginnings of Alzheimer's and we had done all we could do at home.  We checked out several nursing homes in the area and thought that we really had picked out a good one.  We realized six weeks after we had placed her in the nursing home that we had made a bad choice evidently because mother had a severe bed sore.

When we discovered that there were other errors taking place in the nursing home we decided it was time to do something.  Martin & Jones was the only law firm that I talked to that was willing to investigate and see that we had a case.  Nursing home abuse cases are difficult cases.  We chose the wrong nursing home, but we chose the right law office.
