Article Reports "Deadly Medical Errors Still Plague U.S."

In an article for WebMD, writer Kathleen Doheny discusses that findings reported by the Safe Patient Project show no improvement in the the number of deaths per year attributable to medical errors in the country.  The Safe Patient Project issued a report in 1999 that estimated up to 98,000 Americans die annually from medical mistakes.  Ten years later, the number is estimated to be 100,000.
