Oftentimes, clients ask us, "Is my case going to go to trial? Am I going to have to go before a judge and a jury in order to obtain a recovery?" Every case that walks in our door, we prepare that case as though it's going to trial and we find that when we do that, it gives us the best opportunity to resolve the case short of a jury trial for an amount that's fair and reasonable for our clients. So, not all cases go to a jury trial but some of that is out of our hands. It depends on the insurance company and the law firm that the insurance company hires to defend the case.
