$2.25 Million for Worker with Double Leg Amputation
Our client suffered the traumatic amputation of both legs, below the knee, after falling into a recycling baler. We represented him for approximately six years. Over that time, we obtained an award for the full cost of suitable housing and arranged for him to move into a wheelchair-accessible apartment.
