$3 Million Settlement for Family of Man Killed by Truck Driver
Attorneys Forest Horne and Hunt Willis obtained a $3 million settlement for the wife and children of a North Carolina man who was killed when a commercial truck slammed into the 60-year-old man’s car. On a country road, a truck driver ran a stop sign and crashed into the passenger door of the car our client’s husband was driving.
He suffered catastrophic injuries that ultimately took his life four days later. When it became clear that her husband wouldn’t regain consciousness, our client instructed the doctors to end life-saving treatment.
